The maple syrup season is in full swing. Like many sugaring operations, ours is family owned. And this season, we’ve put family first. Bev needed hip surgery, and for Gordie to be available to help care for her, we won’t be producing our own syrup this year.

The choice was obvious, yet difficult. We don’t want to let down our loyal customers who’ve come to rely on getting delicious syrup from us. After carefully considering our options, we’ve decided to buy bulk syrup from a trusted, local producer who values quality as much as we do. While we do have some product from last season, this year we will be bottling this supplier’s syrup to meet demand.

We can’t wait for 2021 when it will be business as usual. In the meantime, we look forward to providing you with 100% pure Wisconsin maple syrup!
