12 oz. fresh cranberries
⅓ – ½ c Maplecrest maple syrup
Grated rind and juice of one orange (about ½ c)
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp cardamom
dash of cinnamon
Wash and drain the cranberries. Combine the ingredients and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, and cook until sauce is thickened.
Adjust spices to your taste.
