- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- ⅓ – ½ c Maplecrest maple syrup
- Grated rind and juice of one orange (about ½ c)
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp cardamom
- dash of cinnamon
- Wash and drain the cranberries. Combine the ingredients and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, and cook until sauce is thickened.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
