Brenda’s Cranberry Sauce

Brenda’s Cranberry Sauce


  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries
  • ⅓ – ½ c Maplecrest maple syrup
  • Grated rind and juice of one orange (about ½ c)
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • dash of cinnamon


  1. Wash and drain the cranberries. Combine the ingredients and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, and cook until sauce is thickened.
  2. Adjust spices to your taste.
