Maple Bourbon Sours

3 shots bourbon
1 ½ shots lemon juice
1 shot Maplecrest maple syrup
1 large sprig rosemary, small sprigs for garnish

Crush a large rosemary sprig and add to a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice and syrup. Shake with ice for 15 seconds. Strain into glasses and garnish.
