1 c cornmeal
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 T baking powder
1 c milk
3/4 c Maplecrest Pure Maple Syrup
6 T melted butter
2 large eggs
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl.
In another bowl combine the milk, syrup, butter, and eggs.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir only until combined.
Pour into a 9 x 9 greased pan or 18 muffins cups.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until brown.
