1 c flour
½ tsp salt
1 T honey
1 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c buttermilk
2 T oil
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl. Combine the egg, milk and oil and slowly stir into the dry ingredients, mixing only until dampened (will be a little lumpy).
Fry on a hot griddle and serve with LOTS of MAPLECREST Pure Maple Syrup.
